Time

Another school year has started, the two oldest boys are off to college. Their absence is felt throughout the entire house. We now have both the "littles" in high school...high school, my baby is in high school. As we go about our days we just float through time. Days become weeks, weeks become months and all of a sudden a year has gone by....I know we can not stop time, and I know we can not go back - God I wish we could. I am so proud of the men my boys have become, but I miss their little hands and voices...

How do we make sure that we enjoy the time we have in the moment?

Dorm rooms

I thought was did a great job setting the boys rooms up at school!!! Their beds were made, their clothes were put away… I was happy, I knew they were settled in to their “home” for the next 8-9 months… BUT instagram is killing me… the rooms that I’m seeing (true mostly girls…. Are putting my neatly hung T-Shirts to shame.

FYI - I used to be what I thought was a strong woman, now that 2 of my boys are in college and I am over 50......I cry.....I just found myself crying over the Holderness Family post on dropping their daughter off at college...I don't know them, I have to drop my own 2 off at college. I can not afford to cry for the Holderness'.

Welcome - I am so glad you found your way here. This is called Working Moms but do not let that chase you away if you do not have a W9....all moms work! Whether you leave your babies to go to an office/school etc. or are at home - you are working.

You are working and I want to hear from you! We have so much wisdom to share, whether its how you juggle a job, drop off, sports etc. or the magic meal you make where everyone is happy and eats it!

Come here for advice, to share your successes, to vent or cheer on your fellow moms!

We are all in various stages of our motherhood - from expecting to Perimenopause. Lets talk about it, lets share, lets lift each other up!
